• We do not guarantee that the colours, features, specifications and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of errors as items are handmade and one of a kind. 

• Electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products. 

• All products are subject to availability, we can not guarantee items will be in stock.

We offer different types of application: Please ensure to follow the care instructions to prolong your application.

• UV DTF sticker application ( semi-permanent )

• DTF fabric application ( permanent  ) 

• HTV ( heat transfer vinyl, permanent ) 

• Vinyl Sticker ( semi-permanent ) 

• Etching ( permanent )

• Items that are ordered by size will not be exchanged, especially if the item has been personalised. 

• Please use the measurement guide to ensure you order the correct size. 

• We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. 

• Prices are subject to change.

Return Policy: 

We do not offer a full money-back guarantee on all purchases made on our website. All sales are Final and no refunds will be issued. If you are unhappy with the product(s) that you have purchased from us, let us know by sending an email to marketing.ss@outlook.com .

Personalised Items: 

​

Please ensure that you order the correct size ( size guide is available) we will not be held responsible if your T-shirt does not fit, that is your responsibility. Sizing is based on SA sizing, retails stores use international sizing, please don’t compare your size to those T’s and make use of our size guide. 

​

Please note that custom and personalised items are non-refundable. All custom and personalised items have a two - three week lead time (excluding delivery). Kindly ensure you place your order within this time frame. 

​

Artwork for personalised items must be provided by you in a svg or png transparent format. We can not be held responsible for the quality of your design once printed if you do not provide the artwork. Should your artwork/logo’s need to be adjusted or redesigned, there will be a charge of R230.00 p/hr for this service. 

 

When placing your custom design, payment in full is required before the order will be confirmed.
